New here, drive a 200 and working on a 60. Trying to decide which direction for “Louise” the 60. All recommendations will be appreciated.

Hard to say without a lot more photos and the rest of the service history. Does the motor run? Is there frame or body rusty? Previous bondo/paint work? Suspension original? Any electrical problems? Looks like the interior is almost fully stripped out, eh?

The faded paint on the front end is "cool patina" in my opinion, and if the rest of the truck looks like that I'd leave it. It might be a different story if the sides of the truck (which we can't see) have big rust.

@POTATO LAUNCHER is a great resource in Amarillo if you want to pay somebody else to do some or all of the work. He might look a little funny, but I'd trust him with my truck - and I can count people like that on one hand.

I looked at this a couple years ago. At that time it was a complete all together 60. Great shape with good history for a 42 year old 60. It was complete at that time and most if not all interior pieces were in good shape for their age. Ran OK with old fuel and has the typical usual "sitting idle for many years" quirks.
All in all, this would be a great entry level 60 that has potential to become a reliable daily driver. paint will buff nice as it's still single stage.

One owner 60 - why is every inch of the interior torn apart?

Anyways, to me, that's an all original survivor with great patina,, and it should probably just be made mechanically good and driven as-is.
I was thinking about a frame off and that was the quickest way to check for rust. Found it in rear wheel wells. I've never done metal fab. Know where I could find some tubs?
