I can't find a leak above so it's either rear main or upper oil pan near the rear. I added ATP AT205 and the leak is still there. I'm looking to schedule a weekend and drop the transmission and swap the rear main seal.
Yea that's what I'm thinking mine is. I've heard thats a pretty tough DIY project but maybe I'll bribe some friends to help me out.

Did someone figure it out? Exact same leak, but rear main seal has been replaced when the torqueconverter and transmission was replaced. The bellhousing (and flywheel etc.) is dry as a bone, but when I clean of the drops there are new ones in a hour. I am leaning towards the upper oil pan, as the valve covers also just have been done, but it would be a pita.

Do you have more information like it’s current mileage and when was the last time the front crankshaft seal was replaced? The oil pan is a good place to start and see if the leak/weep is coming on top. Picture of the front crankshaft seal, culprit of the slow oil leak that goes towards the back of the pan when air pushes it.

The mileage is 217.000 and front main seal is sweating, but the drops are even forming when it is standing still at the back (and pretty fast). The lower oil pan is new and bonedry. The camshaft (vvti) seals also have been done.

When you're doing the rear main seal, be sure to inspect the flex plate for hairline, or larger, cracks.
