FS, Set of 4 Michelin LTX M/S 30/9.5/15 (Tall Skinnies)

***TIRES SOLD*****

Posting to YT first. I bought a set of 4 Michelin LTX M/S 30/9.5/15 (Tall Skinnies) from Costco about 9 months before getting rid of my Tacoma. I held onto them for my FJ40, but am not going to use them. They probably have under 3k miles on them, loads of tread, no damage and I think the tits are still visible. I have owned a set of these tires before, and got 60k miles out of them. These are great tires.

$399 takes em. Not looking to trade anything. Send me a PM or a email to [vtcruiser60 at gmail dot com]

Wanted - Rear Tacoma Springs

Looking for rear springs for a '08 Tacoma. Thanks.

Anyone comes across a 80 for sale, I know of some one looking. He is looking for a mid 90s with lockers. Clean as can be of course. I think 94 and up for new engine. If you got anything let me know.

Just saw this in the FS section of mud https://forum.ih8mud.com/vehicles-t...02547-1994-80-lockers-vermont-208k-miles.html

$1500 for a 94 FJ80 with lockers and an ARB sounds like a good deal even if it needs some work.

GAD! He called me and said I was the backup if the first guy didn't get the ride up to buy it and drive it home. I hope there is a lucky YT member in this mix. My Karma sucks, but I'm an a-hole so why do I even bother to follow up on such great deals?

WTB: 95-97 LC or LX450

Needs to have factory lockers and less than typical New England underside rust. Most of them around here seem to have neglected maintenance, mechanical and structural rust, and excellent interior/exterior condition. I'd like something closer to the opposite.

Thank You / Beer / Finder's Fee for help finding one.

I'll be posting my gray 80 nfor sale when I return home.

For thjose who aren't fa,iliear with the truck this is a turn key wheeler expedition setup.

Right now I'm out in Colorado and the truck has performed flawlessly.

Recent work was

front axle rebuild
rear axle rebuild
all calipers and brakes

list of accessories

4" lift, OME J springs with new shocks
MM hydraulic 12k winch
Slee short bus front bumper
Kaymar delux rear bumper
Sliders
Ipor skid
CB radio

Plus others

Has some dents but the truck comes with both right side door skins and a rear hatch, all from CO.

Priced appropriately.

Yeah, I've know Bodwell a long time, and rode along/ took pictures at all wheels last fall on a Maine 4x4 outing. It might be me you are looking for a rig for...
:whoops: :D

I guess since I am new to Land Cruisers, I should say, I'm looking for something to:

1.) tow a 3000 lb trailer 4500 miles a year on the highway with my wife, baby, and dog. So, gotta be decently safe and reliable (given proper maintenance.)

2.) Something to use occasionally (when I don't ride my bike) for getting around in the winter. And pulling the neighbors out of snow banks instead of helping them with shoveling and jacking, etc. I promise to keep the salt off and protect it from further rust :D

3.) Something to go where I couldn't go in most of the other vehicles that would handle 1&2 above. I've gone exploring some up here, and had to turn around too soon. No more of that. :D

People keep telling me that there are better choices of vehicle for what I want to do. But those "better vehicles" don't have panache. Still, given the above, if land cruiser people say the same thing.....
