I have that exact axle in my rig. Factory disk brakes and factory rotor in hat emergency brake. Excellent axle. Technically called an aam10.5 since corporate isn't making these axles anymore.

That price is ludicrous. I paid $250 for mine. If anyone is in the market, start by offering $300.

All of the above are brand new in box or plastic from Toyota. Most are used on multiple vehicles.
