As mentioned, there are a few fun little sections. There's definately enough to justify heading out vs meeting in a parking lot. If it rains - you can get some mud splashes on your truck.

I've never seen a posting prohibiting driving on the rocks in the river bed...

No signs but I got a warning from the ranger; "stay outta the river, it's dangerous"? Flash-floods and such he said! :D;)

 Actually theyre pretty good. Just look at your avatar (gon2srf). That is a lot of air between! I think you were the first to do something crazy like that with an FJCruiser.

Yeah, those days are over. My back says no more to the harsh landings and the bank account says no to the repair bills. :meh: Gettin' some light rain here in Costa Mesa.

I talked to Hawkeye, he wont be able to make it.. Maybe some of the white crusier group is not showing Tare and Mo......:D:D:D

I was told yesterday....I have to work :frown::frown:

have fun...maybe I will see some of you at the toyota thing in long beach...

Booked tomorrow with a cousin's birthday... minus one JAFW80.

Hoping to eventually meet the rest of the crew I havent met yet

Hey, the dissappearing/re-appearing Mo here. Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Will be there with Scott and possibly a few buddies. I thought I was going to have to be pissed, you had me Alan for a second.

Mark I would make one change to save you going on the toll road. Follow those but as you are heading east on Oso Parkway make a left on Antonio Parkway before you get to the toll road. Take Antonio north to Santa Margarita Pkwy and turn right. Then follow your directions from there. Your directions will work but you will go east of Antonio on Oso and wind up west of Antonio when you get to Santa Margarita. This change will be faster.

Tare, glad you are going to make it.
