Swung by the shop to pick up wheels for sandblasting tomorrow. Went ahead and stuck in the glove box door I redid this weekend. Don't know why but feels like a big step!

Looks awesome.....I was thinking. Was this Jess's old truck? The one that I got my 8274 from?

Yeah Jes was the PPPO. He's been very helpful in trying to track down full title. Gone above and beyond.

The old man that used to own that truck would be proud! I tried to buy it several times during my running back and forth to Miss State. Glad it's getting the full treatment.

when you get done with it, it needs to go to Barrett Jackson....

So my Toyota T031 paint showed up yesterday, and guess what, it's the same exact color as the T12 Cygnus White, which is a cream color.

My options now are to go back with Black on the wheels, or do a non-toyota white. No idea what I'm gonna do.

And oh yeah, gonna do the BFG ATs instead of the KM2s. She's just gonna be a ride-around rig after all...

PM Kaderabek. He just had his powder coated white for $50. They look stock. Non Toyota obviously.

I wouldn't get wrapped around the shade of white as long as YOU like it and of all things to repaint wheels are the easiest! I think BFG ATs will be the perfect tire ( from what you have said will be your use). If the tan and cream look to much like icing just pull the wheels and bib and try another......what about the top?

When you are done and can't stand to drive it for fear of a wreck or door ding cAll me......I'll take it off your hands. Awesome job!

Yeah, I know they are the easiest to redo...just don't WANT to redo them! Feel like I'm nitpicking here on the color, just want it to be right. The top will come much later. I'm going to treat that and the doors as a second project.

Thanks, and will do.

Makeshift redneck paint booth...check.

Sandblasted and primed wheels...check.

Ready for paint on Saturday after I quit being a woman and just picked a shade of white...check.
