I can't tell on my phone.

When you get done with This build, like next week, you can do mine... right?

OK, good pics of the frame fresh from the powder coater. Aside from a few places that had pretty bad pitting (battery tray and a spot right above rear drivers' wheel), it looks factory new...

Also changed out all the hardware on all mount points, attachments, etc, on the frame with JIS gold-cad hardware. it's not OEM toyota, but close enough for me.

Pics with the springs and shocks all mounted up...

All went fairly easily, just had to apply grease to the insides of the hangers and guide in / line up with a screwdriver.

Engine dropped back in place and bolted down.

Yes, i took a lot of pics...sorry.
Looks AWESOME.....except, I'm afraid you're gonna have to bolt that Bud Light can elsewhere (either that or cut a hole in your transmission cover) :)

That's really an impressive project you've got there (and an INCREDIBLE transformation in a very short period of time!)

Was a good weekend.

The list:

OME 2.5" lift, shocks, springs, bushings, and U Bolts

New Bump stops

New Engine Mounts/bushings

New bolts for everything

When done, I lubed up all the driveline and chassis.

On my way home now to take some more speed ;)

Next few things on the list are:

1. RDB conversion
2. Front disk brake service
3. Straighten or replace tie rod
4. Install new tie rod ends
5. Install Power Steering hardware (mini-truck)

One more pic from the 2nd floor of the shop:

Great job!!

What town are you in again?

You painting the body before you set it on there?

Thanks, and I'm in Monroe LA, about 2 hours east of Jackson. Grew up a little closer, in Delhi, about 30 mins from Vicksburg.

Yeah, that's been my plan, but I've had body guys tell me not to do it, that I'll be worried sick about scratching it while i finish the re-assembly. I'm still leaning toward doing it that way though, because i want the underside and firewall done to match, and done right. I'll take my chances on the scratching, and get touch-ups if necessary.

Still on the fence. I'm really digging the dune beige...

That looks incredible.

Gracias. How's your search coming?
