Here's a pic of bigfoot. He doesn't have any new 70 series for sale either.

As I have said before, any significant undertaking is bound to encounter a hurdle or two. It is how the adversity that is created by these hurdles is handled that shows one's true character. So keep throwing stones -- we are going to continue to work tirelessly to bring the LC America to the US market as soon as possible. We are not going anywhere! I'm very proud of the LC America team -- some of whom are pictured here -- and our efforts to take on the substantially difficult task of manufacturing a new vehicle for completely legal sale in the US.

Your responses here have shown your character.

Shop address? Would a SEMA meeting involve more than vapor-ware speak?

Our shop address is: 3119A N. El Paso Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. And as I have said many times before, I am more than happy to chat with any / all about our effort. I think much can be learned about a person by meeting face to face, so please reach out if your interest goes beyond bashing our effort.

I spent more than a few years in my early career assessing character and motivation and vulnerabilities, and certainly what I have seen here in this thread gives me great pause. That said, you all love this truck -- so you can't be all bad -- and we are going to be the company that makes a US version available to you.

JP.

Are these LC America employees? I sure hope they are being compensated appropriately for their time...and not just empty promises....

We have an excellent, motivated team and we are in the enviable position of having to turn away offers of support from extremely accomplished folks. Just like you, everyone wants the opportunity to work on something unique and different and highly desired.

Good to know it only takes asking 3 times to maybe get an answer. I reached out on day one when your "brother" posted his ebay ad full of lies. I was one of the many who was ready to hop on a plane and see "the trucks" and get donuts. All I've gotten is insults and lies since then, both here and in some really nasty emails. Every detailed question I've asked has been responded with "I'm not giving an instructional lesson." Any assurance a meeting won't be wasted time?

So, I understand from the above that you have stated an intent to build a 'stockish' version of this truck for roughly $85K(ish) and a super modified version for $135K(ish). I hope those beadlocks are for the $135K(ish) highly customized version.

Since the objective is to get DOT certified wheels and tires onto it, I get needing to change the wheels for the US market.

Is there an example of the wheels that you plan to use for the 'stockish' version?

What size are those tires? With the upsized tires on the above example, were you going to lift & regear to match the tires? If so, what is the stock gear ratio in the differentials on these and what ratio do you plan to go to?

What size were the stock wheels (complete with OD, width, bolt pattern, offset, etc...)? Maybe a forum member could suggest a viable DOT approved wheel & tire alternative for the 'stockish' version?

I remain skeptical, but do wish you luck in making Unicorns happen.

I've sent our shop address many times -- this is just the latest.
I can't imagine a meeting being a waste of time.

Not to me or posted anywhere in this thread until now.

I can't imagine a meeting being a waste of time.

Are you going to share your paperwork to prove your claims? Your "brother" said this wouldn't happen. Are you going to discuss your plans for DOT approval of these vehicles? Your "brother" said this wouldn't happen. Are you going to discuss your financial position and backing? Your "brother" said this wouldn't happen. Are you going to discuss conversations that you've had with Toyota, if any?

I've said from day one I want to believe. And from day one, your "brother" has lied through his teeth about the whole situation.

Steve - flip the record already, this side is getting really, really old. And before you post next, Phil, consider the same.

I hope the crew is having a blast at SEMA -
