142,500 when my "D" kicked the bucket.
don't know when mine went out...don't care as long as it stays out.
I bought the truck in 2004 with 90k miles....no D then
Burned out when I bought it in May with 130K
No D light in my rig either. I dont know how long its been out. I got my rig with 295k. BTW its a 92.

'93 LC with 182K. Went out at 129K. The occasional washboard road brings it back to life, but has only lasted a few weeks at best. I don't miss it!! My check engine light is much more annoying!!
Mine just went out a few days ago at just under 150k
It actually went out a few months ago, but came back a couple days later after a good smack to the top of the dash when swatting a mosquito

Mine has been out since I bought it, I actually found this thread while trying to figure out how to fix it. The more I think about it though the more I wish to remain a proud member of the No "D" Club!

No "D" here either, among other things. LOL
When mine went out somewhere after 129K (when I bought it). It stayed out and I could see why when I replaced the bulb, when I had dash apart for RTs temp gauge mod at 217K. The missing section of filament was too large to reconnect with a slap from me. So, for now, I'm out of this glorious club. But I will return soon, I'm sure, since as far as I'm concerned, it's not worth the trouble to tear the dash apart for just that bulb. 
231k miles and D light still working suckaz...
Mine went back out out after being on for about 5 months.
Mine went out just recently 189,348. Funny thing is it was out when I bought the truck at 159,187. Then came back on after a shaky trail run about 166,--- . I guess it is time for some fire roading!
