fellas....i have some news about sat the 4th...

clemson is hosting a regional for the college world series starting on friday.
this means that the esso will be packed.
i'm still cool for that, but we'll need to reconsider parking, b/c i'm pretty sure that'll be rough all day saturday.
i'm down for bein there when it's packed, it's a great place to hang out (i think 'havin a beer at the esso in clemson, sc' was #17 on Sports Illustrated top 100 college sports things to do...) and there are always girls to be impressed with loud, ugly, and smelly trucks.....
just tossin that info out there (and somebody correct me if i am wrong)

good call malph, i just got that email too. But, I can make it (though cruiser-less...) where ever it will be.
You are correct Malph we are hosting but if I'm not mistaken we are the 7pm game (unless we lose to North Carolina A&T) which would mean the bar will be emptying out around when we are planning to go. So I would expect it to be a big deal.

yeah, i just saw that the 'win' game is at 7 on saturday, so that timing might be just about perfect.
parking will still be a bia though...probably can just park on the road across from it, or maybe hit up the parkin garage and walk....or a spot downtown, whatever.
also, might be able to get a table reserved for us (doubtful...but might be worth a try)

Hey guy just wondering do you have to be 21 to go to the esso? Katie is probably going to come but she said she thought you had to be 21 to get in and I wasnt sure.

I wont make it after all keep me posted on the annual meeting and i will try to make it. i will be up toward aunt sue's it looks like on sat. with the in-laws
