looks like you have to buy a permit. Is that correct.

also, I see there is a shooting range, is there a possibility of stopping there?
At least one occupant of a vehicle must possess a valid annual hunting license along with a WMA permit or a North Cumberland Special Use Permit is required. License and permits may be purchased locally at license agents or online at www.tnwildlife.org.
Public use is allowed during all hunts. During daylight hours all users outside of enclosed vehicle or outside of camp must wear, on the upper portion of their body and head, a minimum of 500 square inches of daylight fluorescent orange, visible front and back, during the deer-gun and muzzleloader seasons.
You are correct, you need either a hunting license With a WMA permit or a special use( OHV ) permit. If you are going to ride there a lot it is cheaper to go with the hunting license You can buy the permits from your smart phone at www.gotwra.org.
so I am still kinda confused.
Looks like Hunting season is still in play.... to Jan 5th

Firearms loaded with ammunition in either the chamber or magazine may not be transported in vehicles.
So the way I am reading this is we cannot carry firearm in? or is it OK if you have a hunting permit.
Still trying to figure out how to explain to thewhy I am getting all this orange garb, etc. since I do not really hunt....
oh and by the way... is this the type of trails to expect?

Not necessarily. That is not officially a North Cumberland trail. Its there and gets occasionally ridden but for the most part North Cumberland trails are mild.
I am back in, surgery postponed due to lack of spare parts. Apparently all the Zimmer hip replacement balls have been recalled. Probably will not know until after first of year when they will be available.

I guess that is good? Or not. I know you wanted it done.
