I am able to have both deployed. It may be an adjustment with the spacer on the swingarm. Picture out soon.
You’re right. I think you need the thinner rubber bump stop on the outside of the swingout. That’s what Ben said. Using a thinner bump stop allows the swingout arm to swing out more. Right now I have the thick 1” rubber piece on the outside. I’ll swap them and report back.

I finished the front and rear bumper install a couple weeks ago and I've had these banging around in my box of spare parts. Anyone know what they are? I just got a jumble of parts all mixed together from my painter and couldn't identify these as I was installing.

I have those parts as well. The top was initially the spacer for the trailer hitch receiver. Subsequently, it was replaced with two aluminum plates. I'm not sure about the lower piece, but I suspect it was part of the swing out release, which was revised.

Thanks, everyone. I had one of the earlier designs (with the old style bumper brackets) and mine didn't come with the aluminum spacers. Since that's what was in the instructional thread, I assumed I was missing them and Ben sent them out ASAP, so that's what I used. Curious about the alignment tool. I've seen it in other parts pics but had no idea what it was.

Hey guys. Wanted to see how you guys would feel about a no cut version of my rear bumper?
May end up replacing my current version with this one.
What we are looking at is a 100% bolt on bumper, high clearance, (about 1" lower than the current version on the center only) slam style swingouts with a new heavy duty latch design, run with or without swing outs, tire will still fit underneath, included backup lights and trailer plug, still semi modular allowing proper adjustments, high and mid clearance tow hitch, (depending on towing needs) all this for a target price of $2200-2400 for dual swing outs!
The gx470 bumper got me thinking so decided to give it a go and am extremely happy with the lines we were able to achieve building around the crossmember. Here is a sneak peek, more to come.

Another great idea! I am very interested. I need to replace my rear stock bumber soon. Would like something like this.

The top one was the original spacer that ended up not working on all so we replaced it with the 2 aluminum spacers that I sent separately. The lower one is a strut tool that was needed on the old version bumper but rarely needed on the new no cut version

I received the original spacer and never installed it since I did the install before the instructions came out. I never received aluminum spacers. Will this help with alignment issues? I find the passenger wing is sticking further out than the driver side.

Yes, the spacers will bring the wings in at the wheel side. Note that the vehicles equipped with the integrated towing cross member will use no spacers.
If you need some shoot me an email with your shipping information and I’ll get some out.
Thanks.

What are the current prices for bumper/various accessories and options? Will pricing be added to website? Looks great.
