So finally got to wheel the new 35's the day after the end of the world and at higher speeds in the washes hitting the little edges formed by water I would rub on the inner fenders. I used to have this same issue with my 285's before the lift on the PS side now it's both sides with the lift and 35's.
So now I'm thinking a spring spacer might fix my problem but wondering what size options in spacers I have and is this my only option?
BTW my lift is a 2" Iron Man Lift and it doesn't look like Iron Man offers spring spacers.

Ah, just get used to the rubbing:flipoff2:

Honestly, my 315's are on the big side but even with my lift, they rub all the time when the trail gets a little twisty...

Yeah I could live with it but if I could fix it I would.

I have 315s with oem heavys and 1-3/4" spacers in front. No rubbing in the front at all but a little in the rear at full stuff. Spacer are not that hard to make if you have tools, need welder tho.

Find a spare yet

Did you find a spare 315 yet? I am still looking and am going to try again this week. Hope to get one for a bradshaw trail ride coming up next weekend with beach n toys.

Do you guys think 1" spacers will be too much once loaded up in back?

This is hos my rig sits with my 100# cargo box plus about another 100#'s of CO2 bottle, tools and spare parts.

*Edit*
Well I guess the smallest you can get is 20mm (.78 inches) so what's the difference from 1"

Nope, still looking myself. I keep checking CL every few days and I have a post up in the tires classifed section here on MUD. If I find two I will let you know.

Looks like your boat came in. There's a guy in classifieds offering two of his, sorta local.

Mark, fill a growler and you can have my 1" metal tech spacers. I'll even let you size them up before said growler is filled with sweet nectar.

Mike,
Are you sure these are 1"? Thought MT only had the 1.5" & 2" option.

Mark,
What kind of caster correction are you running, bushings or plates? 1.5" on your lift will put you at 4", a good candidate for plates.

Not trying to spoil the deal, just wanted to point this out.

Yeah, I saw MT's site and was thinking Mike just had an earlier version at 1". I also found that Iron Man does have trim packers at 20mm and that's why I mentioned those. I do have Slee 3° caster bushings not caster plates. I might just live with things if I have to switch out the casters too.

Hey mike, not to step on anyone's toes here, but if mark decides they aren't right for his application I could put the spacers to good use.

Mark,
Just get the MAF 30mm poly spacers and you're done.
