Need some assistance identifying a part that seems to be broken in engine bay. It’s attached to the front side of the intake manifold. Couldn’t find it on the descriptions of the intake that I pulled up in FSM.

I was wondering the same, and is it harmful to drive with it broken/detached?
I believe it filters gas.
Where is @Tools when you need a good answer?

Ya but, if gas/fuel squirts into the throttle body at that point, wouldn’t it have had an effect on Gunner56 engine?

Not gas as in gasoline. Gas as in air is a gas, so is nitrogen, or other gases.
