Need FJ62 3F carburated distirbutor Assy (1 Viewer)

I have FJ62 with carburated 3F not 3FE. I'm looking for dizzy which fits my fj.
I tried dizzys on ebay but they didnt work (the page said they fit with 3F though)
Couldn't find right one in Japan also.

So does anyone have stock dizzy or know the page selling dizzy for 3F?
I checked trollhole's dizzy but they look like fitting with 2F not 3F.

Hi all,

Sorry to hear about your distributor problem.

Carburetored 3F engines were not sold in North America, but I know they were in Venezuela and (I think) Columbia. The 3F was also found in some Land Cruisers on the Arabian Peninsula.

Have you tried a distributor from a 3F-E yet?

Can't speak from experience, just from what I read but in other threads...folks said the 3FE distributor lacks the right vacuum advance port to direct fit. I did read in more than one place that the older small head dizzy a from FJ40/55s will fit. For whatever that is worth

My FJ died for 6 month so I want to fix it in this year.

I'm sure you can also find one used, or a Chinese-made copy from an Australian Land Cruiser parts supplier.
