33 x 10.5 BFG A/T KO2s are about all I'm seeing. I prefer the old KOs vs. KO2s for the more vintage look but those are obsolete. Super Swampers and M/Ts are too aggresive for the roads and at speed. Was hoping for a 9.5 width....but may be NLA. I don't think I can go any bigger then 33" without a lift - which I'm trying to avoid. Currently have 10 year old 31s and would like a little bigger.

33x10.50 isn't even skinny, especially on a wide rim.

Also, 4Wheel Parts has the super swampers mentioned in the OP in stock and provides free shipping if you buy four.

Forgot about Micky Ts...lists off-road race use only though. I'll have to do some research but guessing they won't be good for my use.

I am NOT getting super swampers. I know there are a few available options regarding size but a poor overall use tire for various seasons in the Midwest and highway driving.

I had to go to the 10.50's when my 9.50's wore out and I really don't see that much difference. And the 10.50's actually steer better and ride real nice. They are wearing very well also.

I have the BFG MT in the 9.50 with good tread but they are aging out, It do look like we may have to find a way to work with the 10.50's. Manufacture date of 7/98 on these..WoW...Doesn't seem like I bought them that long ago.

I like the look of those Yokos but too small. Looking for a bit of "rubber overdrive" effect and want to fill the wheel wells up.

Probably going to end up with 10.5 x 33s BFK A/T KO2s....looks like the only all-around tire option. Will search a few other places but probably throwing in the towel soon.

Toyo makes a nice M/T in 15x33x10.5 also.

They are not tall, but they are skinny. Feels like I have power steering after replacing 31X10.50's :steer:

MT's work better on the 5.5" rim than the AT, the AT on the 5.5 will probably wear the center down faster.

Love my 33x10.5

Back when this thread started, my friend settled on 33x10.5R15 BFG MT. They looked very good and drove well.

On my build, I have 16x5.5 rims. I'm going with 235/85R16 which measure out around 31.5x9 ish.

Consider 7.50 R16tires as well. I love that size on my truck and it fits perfect on stick suspension without needing to reduce the turning radius stops.

The coolest skinny tire of all time is still available.

34x10.50-15 LTB 34x10.50-15LT, LTB

You can install them on stock rims easily.

I believe the CO OP mud tire is the best off all time!!
Thats all my grandfather would ever buy. He would put them on 4x2 1 ton chevys to 4x4 3/4ton Dodge and International scout II. Those trucks would go though anything because of those tires.
