I was trying to decipher the mounting situation. I have a 79 fj40 I'm going to put seats in. I know I have taken seats out of a 60 and put in the late model 40s before so unsure of the 86+ you stated. Any thoughts you can share?

Looking at the Corbeau site (Master Seat Brackets - Corbeau Racing Seats) it lists parts D924 and D925 for 5/86-90 trucks. And your part numbers for 80-4/86 trucks. But you ran them on your 88? What am I missing? BTW I have a FJ62 90 and am interested is why I am asking.

The PO installed them so I am not sure why the discrepancy. The drivers one does say it is for 86+ but the passenger says 80-4/86. They were installed with spacers to raise the height but I never checked if they fit without the spacers.
