I am a land cruiser nut that just bought an FJ60 that had this new in the box carb with the only identification being a tab marked HA380. When this number was posted on ebay it looks like it may apply to the 22R engine. Is this a Toyota carb?

I just googled that number and it came right up. Does not say what brand it is though
