A buddy here wanted my ARB bumper so i sold it with my warn winch. So I didnt have a front bumper nor winch. I told the fabricators here what I wanted and this is what they came up with. Couldnt be any happier.

I'm very interested. Worked in Chile for a bit and always wanted to visit Colombia

Frank, wish you had instagram so I could easily drool over pics from this trip. Do you know if your snorkel topper will fit the chinese snork? If so I want to buy one. Also want to get on the list for sub tank and gauge console.

Mine is a chinese snork as well. Got a great deal on it from a friend who sells them. I love the look with the prefilter.

Mud never seizes to amaze me. Its just amazing how sharing a passion for cruisers unifies people. After a long 6 hour roundtrip trip from Medellin to Manizales and back to Medellin. A fellow mudder offered us his home @juanchogaviria took us in. We arrived at his mountain cabin just shortly after 10pm. We had never met before but all I can say is Mud has always been a place for me to meet and make long lasting real relationships. Juancho was an excellent host wish we could have stayed longer. But for all those interested in next years colombian overland expedition this place is a must see stop!!! Tomorrow we embark on the last leg of the trip a 1000km 10 hour trip north to Colombia's coast and historic city of Cartagena!!

And of course no post is ever complete without any pictures.

Here you can the amazing views from this mountaintop cabin. A beautiful place to be!! Juancho was very happy with his set of LH (Land Cruiser Heaven) seat covers!!!

next summers trip 2016 is already planned ..but 2017 trip to colombia for a month is doable with the family (wife, 3mo old and my 3.5 yr old.. why not!! it will be a good exp. for them at that age. we should plan a 2 week and an extended 4 week trip For those who can take that amount of time off. Im in..

Ya know if they made that pouch low enough on the right side of drivers seat I could remove that rarely used side cup holder and attach a holster to that pocket. Or a flashlight or whatever you wanted...... I used to work for Jet Blue, I know we fly down there. Could schedule a group trip and maintenance and rotate vehicles through so we are not stagnant and get to see the surroundings. I am looking for a safe fun bucket list check off with my 80.

Frank, sent you a PM, let me know if you are still there.

I am still here. I am sourcing the full rear windows. Should have some more info today.

Today started a little cold and foggy. Todays trip will include huge mountain passes as we work our way down towards sea level from 2500 meters ASL. Gonna be a long day and the 80 will again be put to the test.

Sooooooo full of envy it's not funny!!

We need to ask Juancho if he'd put a few of us up next year, with compensation of course!
