Love the color, looks great. Tinted glass? I had tinted glass once. I replaced it with clear. When I was wheeling at night with the top off, the light from the headlights of the vehicle behind me would hit the glass and would create a reflection in the glass, so couldn't see thru the windshield.

I haven't noticed anything other than I sometimes, depending on angle of the sun, I get a weird pattern in places when I'm driving with polarized sunglasses on. So I've wondered if it's actually a piece of polarized glass?
I had that windshield cut locally. I didn't spec anything, but it's what I ended up with.
The one that kills me is the flat side glass. You get weird reflections that bounce around. If I'm driving on surface streets at night, I struggle with understanding where the other vehicle headlights are coming from. I really have to look, or crack the windows to be sure of what I'm looking at. That's just Toyota glass on the sides.

The rare an elusive western Colorado cruiser turtle. (WCCT)
This timid and gentle creature is known for it's love of sanding surfaces smooth. When frightened will spray in an act of distraction and dominance.
When approaching the WCCT, gentle tones and presenting them with a gift of bare metal will often distract and disarm them.
This is looking so good.
Seeing the new badges on the new paint on the cruiser butt really hits all the feels.

I did.
And that's the plan. I don't know about cream puff. Just not a rusty rusted out piece of shıt anymore.
Utah in April.
South Dakota in May.
Wisconsin/Michigan sometime this summer.

Likely Missouri in September
I'd like to go camp in Superior National Forest again sometime this summer.

I don't want to touch those trails in a classic car again.
I need to get back to spending money on things that make money. I do want to build a trail vehicle using not many Toyota parts. Just buy a chassis and slap a Aqualu body on it. I won't feel bad when I hurt it then.
I did just blow $200k on a new cnc for the shop. So that was fun.
Techs come in a week to do the setup

Oh how wrong you are. I make FJ60 sub and amp mounts, FJ40 Speaker boxes, and Tuffy Box console tops on the semi regular.
It'd take me a minute to make a complete list of all the things I made on the CNC for my 40.

It's a bit of a gamble. I didn't NEED to upgrade the router, but we have lately been needing to process larger panels than could on the old machine. Outsourcing the equipment to do that by using another shop has cost us a small fortune in upfront costs, and headache.
This thing with the auto offload will knock 3-4 minutes off the cycle time.
Having a quasi 4th axis opens up some options for capability.
Drill block is almost double the size of the old machine, so that gives us a 75% bump in speed when drilling a ton of shelf holes. (100% bump when drilling our typical 7 hole pattern in base cabinets)
The drilling head is on its own Z drive. The old machine had to drop off whatever tool was in the spindle and pick up a plug when drilling holes to create clearance for the drills because they were on the same Z.
Rapid move goes from 72m/min up to 90m/min.
The gamble is I've got two very large jobs coming up that aren't going to pay for the machine, but if we continue with this style of cabinet, I think it makes sense. Plus I'm going to ramp up poaching the closet work. Stuff we've been turning down because we weren't that efficient at it, and didn't have a good process in place. Now we've got a decent process, and and this will help some with the efficiency of it. Especially if I run larger panels. The bigger the material the parts come out of, generally the less waste is incurred. Not always, but generally.
