I can plan for more. I'll be doing some mostly non-trail stuff Friday. Interested in some non-trail stuff too?

If Chris and I aren't chasing all over the upper Midwest looking for an alternator we should make decent time.

Want me to bring an 80 alternator just in case? 😄

I think we left at 5am last year.

That gets us there about 3 with the hour time change.

2 spare batteries got me from Watertown to camp. Think 5 will be enough to get me there and back?

We do it nice cause we do it thrice.

I couldn't get the letters to settle in nicely. Tried changing tools, NFL. Then changed the depth and I was good.

Not a lot of need to mill in tiny letters in the cabinet world. 🤣

I added tabs to hold it in place after the first one f'd right off on the last cut out pass. I knew that was going to be an issue, I just hoped it wouldn't be.

This was on my list forever. Cutting up a board from a stock gauge set, and making an A-dapter kit for the Dakota Digital cluster and not having to hack the factory wiring harness to bits.

If I was 100% confident everything was terminated correctly, I'd bury where the cables go into the plate in epoxy to stabilize the joints. As is, I'm pretty sure they're right, but I've screwed up before....

And, it looks like the radio face plate will work. So that's a win. The orange didn't match as well as I had hoped, so that was a giant L.
