This is my "solution" regarding the rear seats. Next week I will try to fit a couple of the seats at a Land Rover dealership! Then I know if it is possible to mount! They can fold up over the inner wheel arch, so you will have the complete loading area to put all your goodies

Thank you very much - I really like your lovely project!

Today the new roof rack appeared - but it has to be altered a little bit, since it is for a Land Rover Defender!

I spy a Mountain Bike in the rear...and it looks like it fits without any dis-assembly, or having to lift onto a roof rack. Brilliant use of the back of the Troopy. I am going to add a set of bike fork-skewer-mounts as part of my modified headache rack.

thx :)

Yes there is a MTB in the rear - no problems fitting that in there, but that is soon history! I am about to fit seats in the back and thinking of making a custom bike rack fitted to the rear end of the truck.

Good idea with the modified headache rack :)

today more new parts :/

Yep... just finished it today. A good LC friend of mine needed some help fitting this to a HJ45. therefore I cut the hole thing up by 200mm and welded it back up!

Did the same thing to a 79 bed. Drilled a ton of spot welds .

Hi Boozewz

The seats are called - Lock and Fold. The seats are okay quality, but Land Rover quality... if you now what I mean :) So for the price it is too much, they should be less money!

I do believe that there is enough room for 4 seats. I will let you know when I have them installed and got some experience with them :)
