Hi Toyboy

That rubber thinghy is just something i had laying around in my garage! I just thought it would be nice to have on there since you can't buy anything for that. But maybe it is from a fj60? I sorry i can't be anymore clear on that

Thanks for all the nice comments :)

Thx :)

Now I am really starting to enjoy the ride. It drives better and better since the engine rebuild. Been on the some nice trips and took the truck for shooting some clays!

Hi all

I saw this very original unspoiled HJ45 Van last year for sale here in Denmark. Finally I sold my daily driver and bought this absolutely lovely van! This has only driven 73000km from new. The engine really spins and is a pleasure to start and drive. Now I am fitting new tires and will order a complete OME suspension. Then I will pay a little tax and have it as a bus instead and use it for the summer trips to Norway etc...

That is one very nice troopy so clean

Wow a matching pair of 45's. The troopy looks very clean apart from the grill but after seeing you work on the 45 ute this is a walk in the park for your talents. Please keep us informed with this build. :)

I have that sticker on my BJ74.

Hi Jesper

I saw it was for sale, and wanted it badly myself (I have one troopy, but in really bad shape...), while I didn't have the time or opportunity to buy it myself, I really hoped it would stay in Denmark, and be taken good care of.
Seeing you bought it is almost better than getting it myself! Congratulations! I know I don't have to say it, but please take good care of it!

Jesper
Thanks for this great thread as its my shining light at the end of the tunnel regarding my H engine swap. I've had a few problems fitting my H engine in the fj45 so I just open this thread to compare engine fitment and all my problems are all solved. I love your detailed photo's as it gives me the answers every time.
Cheers mate

Thanks guys :) It is a nice truck and my plans are starting to take form! The OME suspension is on its way, I have ordered a new 2800x1500 roof rack that I hope fits the truck - it is for a Land Rover Defender. Also I am very close to a good solution regarding the 2 front mounted seats in the rear. Also a solute made for Land Rover Defender by Exmoor Trim. Some pictures from the last couple of weeks!
