Randy... when you say I could but it would not be playing by the rules.. you mean "them" guys from emissions" would have an issue with it uh !!!:rolleyes:

I'll get a chubby canister I guess..... dang it !!!
Dont give her any ideas about the whip eh !! :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

Randy question for yah....
My harness has this two wires for the evap canister.. and I dont know where they go since the canister I got has no electric connection.. the purge valve is already plugged into the harness.. so Im at a loss with this two wires.....Am I missing some kind of connector or plug ?

nice work Frank!

LOOKING GREAT FRANK!!! Fire it up already! I believe you have a different purge canister that what came on the truck shouldn't affect anything till you get it sorted out.

Thanks guys..

Randy thanks for taking the time... I know you been busy eh !!!
I went through the trouble of getting the OME canister and just check with the dealership today to see about the 3rd (yeah there is 3 vacuum ports on the canister) right side goes to tank middle goes to purge valve and the left goes to the fuel tank evap control (solenoid)....wich I dont know if that is where the two electrical wires plug to..

Frank, is waiting for the flame and lighting bolt paint job before he fires it up. Then he is going to move to Texas and marry his cousin.

Dynosoar:zilla:

Hey I know a guy in Texas that does those paint schemes! Hey that ain't funny...The cousin part that is? Unless she's hot. :D

Too funny eh.........
:hmm::hmm: moving to Texas....hot cousin...naaaaah pass !!!

Peter, I took the hard brake line to Hoseman and they dont do hardlines due to liability reasons.. ( load of crap I say !!)
Instead he gave me flex lines and promised it would be just a tad long----er...
It should work but looks ridiculously long.
I want a hard line, problem is that they took the hard line and split it..
Where did you go to get it done.... I'll go there....

Hi Frank.

Good research those two wires go to part #8 “evap canister purge valve solenoid”
It should be installed near the canister. Lucky for me I was able to use the existing vent plumbing off my fj62. But I did run new wires to the solenoid. Nice clean job on your install.

Hello Frank

I'll try calling the guy I bought mine from. The last time I called him he didn't return my call so we will see if he calls back.
