Anybody want to buy a 40? Know the owner. It's an anti-@Chungas Revenge motif. More “Adult Legos".

Runs great - owner is a mechanic and had it for years - clean title. Doesn't want the title to be sold to ICON - good trail rig...

I like it.

I’m OK with that... But, I get to pick my own “super villain name”. I’m thinking Chunga the Defiler, Chunga the Blasphemer or if your pressed for time just “That Guy”..:cautious:

The Decatur parts came today. Got my new gas cap (and some other stuff)... Will put cap on tomorrow. Rains on the way. No wind and sun, so went for long drives.

Few more packages needed then will start doing the main things I want to get done prior to SAS - Karl (@sogncab) did a fantastic job today reminding me only 98 days left.

My list has boiled down to:
1) make it not fall apart
2) build beer trailer

Quick update to the skid plat and Eastwood rust gel. It was too much area to do that gel. I would not do it again. In fact, took Mark @Green Bean advice on a different thread with a grinder. Use that after I removed the gel. Then I used the gel on some of the deeper pits. Better results, less messy, and way less time. Grind or sandblast for bigger stuff.

Now I am cleaning/degreasing the drive shafts, axles, diffs etc. Getting as clean as I can so when it comes off, clean & paint will go faster then on to assemble.

Makeshift paint area - an Ice Chipper and and old shelf.. Ended up driving around on this beautiful day in-between coats.
Can see the metal etcher turning white as the zinc cures prior to paint.

I was going to post something at day 100, but then I forgot.
I looked after your nudge - I am down to 62 days due to work travels and a personal trip. :censor:

Depending how fast I can degrease and parts come, maybe start this Friday. Will start taking picts of the parts with part numbers and post.

Yeah- murphy’s law would put your availability when I come up there for my son’s birthday.

I friend in Omaha is making some space so I YELLR can be on his lift. Trying to target it so I don’t paying him storage.

Will do front & rear (axles, diffs, brakes) - u joints. See if can swap birfs driver to passenger to change direction of wear… if not new ones.

Then see - brake lines, clutch line, maybe new brake booster MC and all that.

Then install the Dobinson system.

And - maybe do the body mounts. Goal would be first week of June have that all done

Chris and I could knock that out the suspension and driveline in a weekend. Wish I could help more. Hell Chris would be happy if we yakked the axles and built them on a bench.

Looking good! 13 weeks from today we load up for Ouray.

What? Passing though? Exit 426 - is the exit - then take a left, a right just past the Testicle Festival now or in August on way to SAS.

I'm almost to Kearney now. Might hit you up on the way back Friday depending how the schedule pans out.

Dude, isn’t Nebraska like postage stamp tiny?
It’s like a neighborhood. Just head a few blocks in whatever direction and there’s Bryan.
