That’s fine for the one you’re working on, but what about the rest of the 6pack? Can’t leave them sweating! :hillbilly:

Yall need coozies.

I just need another drink.
Reminds me of the old Bill Hicks joke:
Sir, how many packs of cigarettes do you smoke every day?
2?
You pussy (it was the 80’s)! I go through 3 lighters a day!

Ok, so where does the other go smarty pants?
Back in the 1990’s my kids would have told you…” Bend over I’ll show you”

One of our favorite movies Clark!

When I had my electical event back in June. Fried the radio circuit - Got a cheap BT replacemet on the Amazon Prime deal for 11 bucks. Made connectors, etc. Nothing. Did continuity check and nothing on the end where it plug in but could see power was getting into the connectors. So ordered 5 mm x 2.1 mm connector from Amazon and wired that one up with the connector. Bam - got blue tooth music going.

Old one on left - cheap one on right. User review - the 11 buck deal is a million times better than then old one. I can actually turn the music up and hear it no matter the speed on the interstate. Soooooo enjoyable to have tunes. Especially with Solid Axle Summit coming up. Wheels up Friday. Made a new punch list - will see what really gets done. Main thing at this point is Oil Change/Rotate tires - check fluid levels and pack. If I get other stuff done, bonus at this point. Been helping on Rus's - pulled the Radiator yesterday - cleaning and flushing out today some and a little install progress. Have AC to install on his too - not sure how much if any "help" (I like to inflate my presence) he needs with that. But many hands to get it all done.

Does this require reconnecting every time you turn it on? Or does it automatically connect when powered on?

Body New
Been a while - thought I'd send some updates -

Last year’s “custom body work” (aka me vs. terrain… terrain won, but only slightly):

Original plan was a little FullCircleRG engineering session with my buddy @solomrus —some persuasion, a few tools, maybe burrito for morale. But life had other ideas and that project slid down the priority list. Turns out fixing actual bodies outranks fixing Cruiser bodies. Fair.

Fast forward to now. Living in CA instead of NE means fewer barns, more “hey the body shop has an opening.” The same crew that painted my doors had some free time, so I figured… let them take a swing - which was hard to negotiate - I said I will get more scratches and dents so don't go overboard - they wanted closer to perfection as it is their efforts being displayed. I get it. They did too - but where to draw that line... Anyway...

Some assembly required...

Now for the kicker…

I picked up a replacement fender a few years ago and other parts from a guy in MN when I bought his 4plus bumper never installed—Paint it and bolt on please. What could possibly go wrong?

Well… turns out skipping the “test fit” step before painting is a bold strategy. The fender had been thoughtfully pre-modified. Oops
