I'll start another probably, I can't wait to get my hands on that
Thing I've already ordered the gears, locker, arp hub studs, arp knuckle studs,
Getting a new snap ring groove in my longs to run Aisn hubs with chromo
Hub gears

I've Either got the parts or access to parts for another one just like it to round up in the next few weeks. Too many others things going on right now.

That's what she said.
If only I knew somebody that had three of these just laying around???:grinpimp:

Four including that junky two-toned POS 15 feet away from them!

Damn Eric how did I miss this thread. I was thinking this exact same thing a few weeks ago when I was looking at my old SF rear and the 3 HP fronts axles that are sitting in the garage........ might be a project for me but I don't have the skills you have :grinpimp:

If you started a new thread, do you have a link to it ?

Alot of it, im doing 16's because my buddy is a fox distributer and can get me 16's for a pretty decent price, plus i already have the towers set up for 16's

Hey Cruiser Friend!
You do exactly what I do! Use the rear links as the front links! Re-utilizing the stock frame locations! Great minds think alike!

I make new arm with stock bush from rear link and seamless tube 42mm*3,5mm

Thread revival, but I like the use (reuse) of rear links by @Obrokoff Makes a lot of sense and easy to move front axle forward.
Yep. It’s cheap and easy way.

As I’m modifying mine now, although a slightly different route, can you say how far you moved the front axle forward, what size tires clear, and how much trimming you had to do?

Any other major obstacles?

I’m keeping the radius arms (I know I know 3 link is better) and going SD Dana 60, plus I have the cummins instead of diesel power plant. 42” iroks.

I think I’m gonna go 3.25” moved forward to try and retain much of the rear of the fender trim
