My process here is cleaning everything best i can, blow any flaking paint because now would be the best time to not cut corners. OTHER THAN THESE TWO SPOTS. I promise this LC is dry.

What’s up brother! I sure am.Subbed! Nice work, i love these kinds of threads, a dead LC revived and in the right hands. You look Viet, are you viet?
Thank you. Sometimes i look back and think i should of did it all 1 color. I was close to color changing it to army green or an old FJ green. Im glad i didn’t because sometimes i build cars so nice, That i tend to not enjoy them. Maybe I’ll get metal bumpers and can easily respray the side moldings later.Nice nice, me too! Those wheels and tires looks sweet. You did the right thing by trimming the front bumper, it's gonna rub like crazy at the bottom of it, i've had many setups and that spot always rub. you'll also rub the pinch weld area, and the area behind the windshield reservoir plastic liner. Those are all minor, can't wait till the lift and wheels are on, thing is gonna look sick. I wish you had chosen to color match the cladding and bumpers though, unicolored Cruisers look the best to me.
You should do it-and enjoy the vehicle anyways !Thank you. Sometimes i look back and think i should of did it all 1 color. I was close to color changing it to army green or an old FJ green. Im glad i didn’t because sometimes i build cars so nice, That i tend to not enjoy them. Maybe I’ll get metal bumpers and can easily respray the side moldings later.
To be fair no one has said “heater t’s” in the thread yet…Heck of a find! $450 sure leaves a lot of room for baseling!![]()
Thank you. Yes, after the body shop I’m scheduled to drop it off at the upholstery shop. But I’m only doing the front seats, little arm rests, and center console. The backseats aren’t too bad. I was quoted 1100.$. That’s for seat covers installed.I guess next you are going to tackle the interior.
You done an absolute outstanding refresh on the exterior.
Don't have time to re-read, but I didn't see those replaced..To be fair no one has said “heater t’s” in the thread yet…
