Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

And also, I have found you actually need to click on the service dates to see everything. Even if you “d/l all,” it may leave out important bits about accidents or major repairs. Or deferred items. It can be time consuming to go through everything, but a lot can be learned from the “customer states,” additions.

For sure. From my research, Lexus overall seems to keep better notes, including what a customer declines. One Lexus record even stated that customer was going to a competitor, which was good to know as it was for an AHC repair. When I asked the owner about it, he had a general off-road shop work on the repair.

Just picked up a 2015 LX 570 this weekend in Nebula Gray Pearl w/ black interior. Has 75K miles on it with full Lexus service records for $44,480 out the door. Truck was very well cared for with the interior and exterior in great shape!

Was looking all over Texas for this color combo in the 2013-15 year model and this one came up in Forth Worth.

I was eyeing this one. Good deal for sure.

Congrats!

Recently purchased a 100 series for my daughter and have caught the Land Cruiser bug. Now looking for a 200 series for myself. While I feel comfortable with 100 pricing after the exhaustive search for my daughters vehicle I am not quite sure about 200's, especially in the 2014-2015 year models that I would prefer.

I have found a 2015 with 61k miles that appears to be in very good condition including undercarriage. The dealer is asking $48k and unwilling to come off more than $500 when I pressured them. They claim the vehicle is $3k under the Carfax estimated value.

Considering the hyper active vehicle market we appear to be in, I would love to have any and all options on the value of this Land Cruiser.

Thank you.

That's high, but it seems the market will bear it right now. That car should be no more than 45k, IMO.

Just picked up a 2015 with about 52k miles on it for $45.5k. Silver/black, private party sale, original owner. Had a pre-purchase inspection done and everything checks out...super well cared for, ATL car since day 1 and never seen snow/salt so frame is mint. I am stoked!

Found a nice 2017 that Carmax is shipping to me. Hope this one checks out when it gets here.

This car search is driving me crazy. Just got off the phone with Carmax. This LX has some title issue where it has to be sold to someone with aCA address. Sounds like it is some issue with a duplicate title. They can't ship it out of state.

I agree with this that it is COVID related, 100%.

It is beyond crazy. It’s gotten to the point where if any truck has been listed for longer than 3 days I think there must be something wrong with it. A ‘13 and ‘15 200 popped on Carmax on Tuesday am. I went into a dentist apt, and by the time I got out both were NLA. The ‘14 below that checked all my boxes showed up on Tuesday night and the rush I felt. At 11pm est calling AZ for details. Then realizing I couldn’t go out there this weekend, and shipping it back made things too complicated / expensive. My wife said, “well maybe you can go next week,” and the first thing that went through my head was, “well if it’s still for sale next week, I probably don’t want it.” Crazy.

You mean the one sitting in my driveway? :) Very clean, not perfect but overall very happy. Upgrading from a 2012 4Runner Trail.
