Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Ok guys.. I’m about the pull the trigger on the 2011 LC with 108k miles for $29k. West coast car with no rust, purchasing from second owner, and no accidents and good maintanence history via dealer.
Based on my research I feel good about this purchase - going to be a daily truck for my family for around 2-3 years till we can afford something nicer. Thoughts?

Seems like a better deal than what is available in my area....

i test drove a 2009 yesterday which should be same, had 234k miles for $20k. I personally thought it was plenty nice and drove much better than I expected. I keep flip flopping between a lower miles 06/07 100 series or upgrading to a 200 series. after driving this one it sealed the deal, 200 for sure.

For similar money, i don't know how anyone could choose a 100 over a 200.

Looking for group pricing guidance for a new LC from those with experience. I'm in CA and inventory is pretty low right now, only a few in the state. Are there deals at invoice for new ones or do dealers typically stay close to MSRP? These vehicles sometimes sit on lots for months and months, so I have to imagine they are willing to come off MSRP to move it. Just trying to figure out how hard to push on price.

Best price I was quoted was in Kansas City, $78,700 + $399 dealer fee Plus tax. Ed Martin was marking up like $1k or $2k over invoice and my understanding is they have a waiting list. I would stat with them.

Bought a 2011 LC with 180k for approximately 17k, 20k out the door with dealer fees etc. The car has an accident on its history but it also has extensive maintenance history too. I test drove it and it felt great. The car is GA vehicle so no rust on it at all. I'm honestly really happy with the purchase. I know it's not a 30-40k car which means I dont have to baby it all the time and worry about every scratch on it.

seems like a good price for an LC. Was this an LX?

Snobbery, overlanding image, analog vs. digital "feel", etc. Just visit the 100 series tech forum and you'll get a taste

I own a 100. I'm familiar with them. And I've been looking to buy a 200 for months now (still looking). The 200 is objectively better in just about every way, except looks. I also do a lot of mountain driving and the motor in the 100 is seriously underpowered.

The 100 is staying when I find the 200, though. 200 will be the wife's ride.

Underpowered in the 100 for sure. I just towed a "6500lb" trailer from FL to OR along the southern route. I needed 1st gear to get up the mountain passes between Shasta and Medford in NorCal/SoOR. My 01LX will never forgive me, I'm sure of it.
