Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

I am new here, owned an SVT Raptor and looking to purchase a 200LC. Came across a single owner 2014 with 50kmiles for 40k. Older couple upgrading to a new LX. Not my color choice but well maintained. Is it a good deal?
I am about to put an offer.

Welcome to MUD. Not a smoking deal, up to you if you are willing to sacrifice the color choice. I am somewhat in the market but I would not jump on one at that price even if it were my desired color.

I think thats a pretty darn good price. I bet if you ran a search of all LC's with that many miles and that year, most would be in the 45k range.

All things considered, it's a good price for the miles. Granted, you could get one with 90-100K in the 30-35K range depending on condition, but you have to consider the amount of maintenance you don't have to deal with right away. 90K - 120K service intervals are probably the most expensive if you do it right (2-3K). Color, of course, is subjective and hard to put a value on that.

Going to check it out tomorrow and if all goes well will close the deal. I don't put a lot of miles and Will have 3/4 more years before I have to deal with the 90k service. Thanks for your opinions.

This week I purchased a 2016 LX570 at a South Carolina Lexus Dealer (L-Certified), $56,300, 49,123 miles on it. The salesman stated I got "the deal of the century". Not sure of that, but it seemed like a pretty good deal compared to other non-certified vehicles currently on the market. Before the virus situation they had it priced at $65k.

nice find! LX or LC? Post pics! Congrats!
LC for me

Subscribed. From what I have been searching, LC seems to have fewer selections than the LX thus, is higher in price for the similar years and condition. Does anyone else find it the same way?

Yes. Supply and demand. More LX's out there and they tend to be leased in the first 3-5 years of life (i.e. turnover and trades). The LC's seldom change hands. You will see a 3-5k premium on comparable LC's.

hi all
need opinions
2008 LC, amazon green on tan, 223,000 miles, single owner but thin service history
truck appears stock other than a trailer brake controller
zero rust and decent cosmetics
I have not test driven yet
ask is $21,995 at a private dealer, likely a trade in auction grab from a wholesaler
so what is a reasonable stretch goal? Im thinking $19k should be my absolute cut off
apology in advance if this thread is for transactions only - I will delete if that is the case

Is it the one discussed in the “amazon green alert” thread? If so, I corresponded with someone that saw it in person and said it was in very rough shape. He said it was so rough that after he flew in from out of state to purchase it, he instead decided to pass. Not sure what you’re looking for, but that was at least one buyer’s perspective.
