Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

$14-15k for a 2008 with 200k miles. I definetly missed out on this one. When I saw it, it had been posted for a week or two already. $14-17k with 200k miles is priced about right and what I'm on the hunt for. Hard to know if this one was clean or not since theres only 4 photos, but if it was clean someone got a 200 series for 100 series money. My search continues.

Interesting how pricing on older 200's is converging toward the higher end 100 series market (03+, sub 200k). I suspect ease and cost of ownership / maintenance / repair plays a huge part here as both these vehicles age and become "old".

Honestly, the 2008-11 LC are the ugliest generation of them all. Compared to my 2007 LC, they put no effort in making that thing look anything but a bloated highlander.

2013-2015 LX 570 - ....<150K miles but has a busted radiator. Walk away or negotiate? Frame/underbody is clean!

$1000 for parts and labor to replace that, might be a good deal if it didn't overheat and blown the head gasket.

It was a dealer trade in.

service history..
2/19/24 - 114797 - 100K mile service, front brakes.
7/24/24 - 120703 - at 105K mile service, tech noted: RAD ASSY REPLACE, customer declined
7/19/24 - 121368 - declined again
1/13/25 - 126866 - declined again.
7/20/25 - 133166 - declined again

I went and looked at a 2014 LX with <100K on it for $32K. 1 owner, dealer maintained. Outside was rougher than I expected for a 2014. Looks like it was parked outside all the time and rarely washed.
Either way, it got sold even before they posted pics.
Which one of you was it? lol

I know right?
Trying to ruin a $90K car over a $1000 radiator.

Went to check out yet another 1 owner mostly dealer maintained car. 2013, <130K miles.
Called this AM to confirm it was there. Went up there about an hour later.
Sales guy: soo the finance director is gonna buy the car.
Me: uhm. ok.

So over 2 days, struck out on 3 cars.
1. Busted radiator
2. Rough exterior but it was gone before it was cleaned up
3. finance director buys cars (supposedly)

Stay patient - put out as many lines as possible and check them religiously. I have two 200 series (2014 and 2016), both were purchased within an hour of coming available.

I also live in Houston.

Rust free, Nevada vehicle with solid maintenance and well under 150k miles- good buy!

Enjoy those 500 horses
it's back on sale...

This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in October 2025 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT has been restricted and their buyer’s fee was not refunded.

Buyer's fee was not refunded.....;) Maybe. Maybe not.

What a bizarre statement for them to even make in the first place.

They always make that statement when someone fails to pay for their auction win. BAT is a great platform, if you know what you're looking for and get involved early on...defiinitely wouldnt suggest anyone jump in the last day and make a winning bid based on FOMO. We just took delivery of a supercharged 21 HE, showed up in seemingly better condition than pictured, though you'd hope that were the case at the final hammer price...and yes, your CC gets hit the second you make a bid and clears as soon as the auction ends.

I'm a fan of BAT and have been since it actually meant bring a trailer for the whacky project vehicle you just likely paid too much for

The seller's answers to questions tells you everything you need to know...

Again, this might be a great car but it's definitely being sold by someone who hasn't driven it much in the last 7 years or know much about the car.

Shop the buyer and the condition. Not the car or miles.

The service he referring to is an oil change which I asked for because the last one was April 2024.

Yes a PPI was done when I had it serviced two weeks ago, everything is ok.

Copy of PPI please thanks. I think a PPI is different than the dealership “inspecting” as part of the 6 month interval.
