So I have a 2 row...

- 3rd row - i do not care. i won't ever use it and i am glad i don't have to store it somewhere.
- cool box - i do not care. one less AC thing to worry about.

- ML - i have regrets about not getting it. the 9 speaker base system is a POS. it's just not very good. the low end/low-mids sounds like a cardboard box. I was getting used to it and then I recently went and sat in a LX with the ML. bad idea. now I know what I am missing and it's bugging me.

But, it's a beast of a car (especially supercharged) so all smiles there...haha..
Please sit in the car and listen to your favorite music and make sure it's acceptable. I don't know how easy it is to upgrade all the speakers.

Yep, great points. I have the base model audio in the 460 and as long as this is better than that system I’m happy. I’ll definitely listen and make sure it’s solid. I was just disappointed with the 460 having pretty horrible mids and being too bass heavy. My guess is the better sound deadening will make the mid frequencies sufficient for my liking.

Truly I just want a 2020 or 2021 base model that’s been well maintained with less than 50k miles. I got time, the hunt is half the fun.
Wouldn’t mind overpaying for the right truck but yeah that one wasn’t the one for me. If I can sneak up on a HE that’ll just be gravy but I don’t see that happening. A neighbor has a 20 HE and I told them if they ever want to sell it to holler at me and they laughed at me lol.

This is the way. I put a $500 deposit down 2 minutes after the dealership opened the morning I found my 2021 base with 39k miles. Gotta hawk cargurus and auto trader unfortunately

Keep an eye out at Lexus dealers too. Lots of owners trading HEs for 300OTs and in my experience the Lexus dealers usually won't be so eager to charge you an eye and a kidney just because it is an HE.

I have been targeting 2013-15 LX 570s and I found a data trend on Edmunds that supported an anecdotal observation in used LX prices going up. Will be interesting to see what happens to retail/dealer prices over the next couple months. This graph is just trade-in value, but have to think that a lower trade-in value will make the resellers a bit more flexible on prices.

As far as LX pricing goes, paid 59K for a mint 2019 LX570 with 60k miles today, California. Back in a real LC!
