Pretty sure this guy is a scammer. I was talking to him on FB marketplace trying to set up an in person meeting in IL but someone from MI was apparently buying it. That became a no show and when I couldnt meet him at the exact time initially but then figured out I could make it, he said he was no longer able to meet. Then it was marked as pending and sold and then in cars.com for $28k or something. Then he kept putting it back up for sale and selling in multiple places. Not sure what is up with the situation, but this seems to be the latest version of the scam.

He sent me a screenshot of this conversation claiming it was the person in MI for some reason when I was talking to him to try make it seem more legit I guess?

Ugh another annoying flipper, probably bought it for $18K in Cali and now trying to sell for $25K to someone wanting a winter car in IL. I get it, that is the dealer model for a lot of these small indies and buy here pay here, but they are not really adding that much value besides adding $1K in shipping and some marketing. Then again, I would not be mad as a dealer if I got to drive this thing while it was waiting to sell. Reminds me of that white 2009 in VA that is trying to be sold for $10K more in Colorado.

Previous depositor supposedly found one closer and passed on this truck. Dealership sent over some videos of the undercarriage. Looks fairly clean to me, but more rust than I'd like to have to deal with. This one is being offered at a decent discount compared to market though. This is a 2019 model.

Guessing this will hit $45K at least, everyone waits until the last 10 mins to bid. Otherwise I am bid sniping it at $36K and hoping people are not paying attention to their notifications! 2013 white LC200 with 100K miles and super clean went for $52K which I think was high for market, probably right for BaT. This one slightly less valuable since 2013 and 2015 near identical and I think there is some hesitation to black.
