Carb rebuilt and ready to go. Note fuel line disconnected. I’m still getting trash in the filter after my tank drain. Pretty sure there is rust on top inside the tank. I decided to drop it/ send it out to be boiled, rather than have it rain crud into my fuel supply and fresh carb.

Printer sounds like a Powerstroke .

Yeah, buddies printer makes some noise but gets the job done, just like a power stroke. As much as I despise the smell/ noise, you literally can’t beat it.

Miss my Powerstrokes! Had 2! 97 Supercab and a 99 crewcab dually all blacked out b4 it was Cool:cool:;). Might have to Squeeze 1 in a 🐷🐖🐽. Smoking :smokin: Sausage

Too much beefcake for a cruiser engine bay!

I sold my 1st 7.3 with 505k miles on the clock. It was still running strong. My current one has only 140k. I bought it from a retired couple. The husband taught auto shop for 25 years, it’s well kept to say the least. Over the weekend we SAS’d it with 2016 superduty axles.

Room for me now

$plit case parking brake.

When the h55/38mm case went in, the parking brake was removed. These parts will allow me to convert the case to accept the drum parking brake. My other option was to install a 81-83 40 rear axle, 70 rear axle or narrow a 60/62 rear. I actually have an 81 40 here that has the axle, but I can’t bring myself to cut it up. She’s rusty but is a good runner. I don’t have a 70 rear and narrowing the 60 was a PIA.

With these parts, I’ll need to shorten the rear shaft or find one here that fits from my collection and pull the case apart.

What!! You can't show us???? 🐖😎

The outside looks like a regular ole 55 tank. It’s the inside that’s special here. (Duh)

Feast your eyes on these tank innards. Clean AF
