I just tore it off, cause to many "big badass diesels and jeeps" were riding my ass because of it

And they had Pungo Off Road stickers, right? On that note, can you believe how many contractors in this area have trucks sitting on 35"+ tires with drop down hitch inserts? I guess they never load or unload their own stuff. Seems like a waste to me.

Okay, I'm done. Glad to see we have some more fellows interested. I look forward to meeting everyone that can make it on Sun.

Don't get me started on this. I think they are all a waste of steel, and all they do is add to the massive environmental tragedy. I hate em' and yes, Pungo Off-road stickers, they should at least have the decency to know what kind of lift they have, and not to buy Pro-comp anything ... Fxxxin assholes, and Jeepers are about the same, but not all of them ... Rubicon's are worth it, coz of two D44's but, that's another topic. Full size vehicles (including hummers) should die and burn in hell .. hahaha ...

jk :D

P.S.. and they can get Tax write-off's for weight ... GGooooooodddd

What is the final decision on time and place?

Jordan Bridge Park at 2pm, or.......?

Yes, Sunday 2pm.

I went by there last night it's the Poindexter West exit.

Got the wife home and settled. She's in pain, but doing fine. Of course the hospital took FIVE :censor:ING HOURS to discharge her so I STILL have not been to the DMV to get the truck registered! :censor: :bang: :censor: :bang::censor: On a positive note, I made a new external boot for the 4WD lever Friday (I wasn't kidding about sewing stuff!) and started installing it today. I'll see if the install is on tech someplace and post some pics if it isn't. It's kind of a hassle to install, and I had to change the oil in the wife's van, so will hopefully finish tomorrow I was being a tard and thinking today was Sunday. The wife needs a lot of help getting up and moving around so I doubt I'll make it out tomorrow, even if it would be in the <shudder> minivan.

I will be there but I dont think my rig is going to make it. Some kind of a fuel problem. She wont start. I hope someones LC makes it so we all have a meeting place.

Did everything go alright today?

It was good to meet everyone. it was really cool putting faces to names as well. We bounced some ideas around on getting a club organized, and chatted a while. One of the topics of discussion was how often to meet until everything does get organized. Monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly....? We also chatted about tagging along with some of the semi local Yota clubs, until this gets organized. So far it looks like everything will stay very informal until participation dictates otherwise.

Yeah, it was fun meeting some cruiser heads. Wasn't a big turn out but it was a good start. One thing we discussed was talking to Woody about getting our own section and our requirement for that. I don't want a bunch of people asking him. Have you PMed him yet? Do you want me to ask him? We also were talking about maybe meeting monthly.
Something we didn't discuss: The domain name. I guess we should pop up a few names and vote on it. So tomorrow everyone try to think of a good domain name and post it up. I think it's pretty important because it may have some effect on the club name and before asking Woody we should know that.

I'd really like to go down to OBX and thinking about going down for a day trip on one of the days of the last weekend of the month. Probably pick the better day of the 2.

beat me to it.

Hey give me your info to put up on the web site.

Anyone else wanting to join this is how.

www.matlca.com/ all right here is the start of the web page. If you have any suggestions i'm up for them. If you wanting to be a member please email me @ mud@theshealys.com with a subject of like mud.

Put you mud name, and your name you want to be called(real name) and send a photo of your rig. It would make it easy on me if you don't send one huge file for a picture, but I can scale it down.

I do remember someone saying to put up locations on everyones name under the rigs section. Is that what you guys want?

Tidewater LCA, Hampton Roads LCA, or MALCA.US is cool with me.

Glad to hear it was a good time yesterday. I like malca.us, too. And I FINALLY got the Cruiser registered. Here's some pic's of her. I hope the size is ok
