Seem to remeber these under Grogans buggy with a portal in the rear, even that amount of torque he never had a failure AfAIK.

Been said he has a heavey right foot.

any worry of these threads stripping?[/QUOTE

any worry of these threads stripping?

We had them tested on a machine and it maxed it out. The bushing was starting to cave into the main hub so... I don't think they are going anywhere. I think Mark has some torque numbers on what it would take to blow those threads.

umm so i like your rig and all but i dont think its likes me very much, ever time i work on it that freakin thing bites me and makes me bleed.

Took a break from it after trying to destroy myself in preparing it for Moab. Going to start tearing into it again this weekend. It will definitely be ready for Rubithon :D

Yeah the 55 springs will probably add another 1" or 2 because it is a bigger pack than the 40 springs. I think I am going to re-arrange the shackle hanger so I can run a longer shackle to allow more flex up front with the 40 springs.

Don't forget about measuring your links. I want to do mine this summer.

Looks sweet.

Also re-located the front shackle hanger so I could run longer shackles up front for more travel. The shackles are about a 1/2" too long. They are currently at 6" eye to eye. I'm thinking 5 1/2" eye to eye will do the trick.
