Need help getting my 76 Fj40 back on the road. Is there any mechanics in the Raleigh NC area to help get my project back on the road?

Your question just leads to so many more questions and you will have trouble finding anyone willing to take this on without providing more information like:

You say, "help getting it back on the road?". Do you want someone to help you do the work, or do you want someone to do the work?
Where's the rest of it?
Why did it come off the road in the first place?
Have you ever seen it run?
By "back on the road," do you mean just moving under its own power or are you looking for a restoration shop?
It looks like some new parts were installed. What were they and who installed them?
Do you have the parts needed to get it going, and if not, will you provide them, or is the shop going to have to source everything?
What's your end goal for the truck?
Budget?

There is a very active club in your area with members who can provide guidance and assistance. Join the club and tap into those resources. Olde North State Cruisers has members all over the state. Go to their clubhouse here on MUD, post up, introduce yourself and let us know how we can help.
