The gears should only take about 12 minutes to install. ...or perhaps the video takes 12 minutes, and the actual install takes a bit longer.

Gears arrive on time from EBI. Found them in my mail box yesterday no duty fee. Rubicon from tomorrow til Tuesday then another round of work. Hope these gears make the difference others have claimed.

No experience with EBI or Chinesium, but kudos to Mitchell and the Marlin crew. My Crawler Gears have been a great mod for the 80. If you're interested in the install and life with them I wrote a review on them in 2014 here:
Review: Marlin Crawler 80 Series Low Range Gear Set

[Mod's, I am pretty sure I got a green light previously to share my articles, but pls PM me if this isn't cool.]

These gears are made by the same gear cutter that marlin gets his gears from in Japan who, apparently, also cuts the OEM gears which already reside in your transfer case. I'm headed to Rubicon as soon as I put this damn phone down! :)

As I have asked before: who are these gear cutters?

Everyone keeps saying this with no information at all. Mere hearsay.

The gears are manufactured by Aichi Steel Corporation. But who cuts them?

AICHI STEEL

If it's important to you, call the vendors and ask? I it were me, wouldn't reveal my source? For most, they are well proven, run smooth, so, :meh:.

My question was rhetorical Kevin.

I actually do know where they go after forging for cutting.

And I agree Kevin. They are awesome on any 80 that really gets wheeled.

Not BS wheeling.

The information about the gears which I bought from ebi, that I have provided in previous posts to this thread, is all info passed on to me by Steve at EBI. The source of said info was stated here weeks ago. I am inclined to believe what he told me. And yes, as someone posted earlier, the vender would not appreciate having its a anonymity compromised.
