62" that's only 1" off from a 63" axle.

The IFS (1986-1995) hubs fit the straight axles, is commonly done when adding the wider IFS rear axle on minis. One method is to use straight axle brakes, using spacers/a kit, like this: Toyota Wide Axle Kit

Another is to machine the hub, so an IFS rotor can slip over it, the problem is spacing out the caliper. Some mount the caliper on the back side of the mount, bolts coming from the rotor side, or bolts and nuts. The mount isn't really machined to be used that way, IMHO, kinda sketchy. Not sure why you would want to do that on an '80?
 
What a lot of people in NZ and Australia are using is a complete Nissan GU front housing, 3rd member and brakes.Have been told they are the same width as an 80 front. Just a little fab work to make it work. Looking at doing something for mine once i break it.
