Practically 200lbs & 2” and definitely some room for error in my little foot attached permanent marker but hopefully something to work with.

The OEM passenger coil was considerably taller than the new ones or the driver’s side. I stood on the oem driver’s side.

Just reviewed the formula. We do need the width (diameter) of the circle. It’s something like 6 or 8” probably.

I count five wraps on one and six wraps on the other.No ground ends so all wraps count.

Yes, I stood on the driver’s side coil. I’ll have to measure the coil diameter another day. I didn’t catch that. Does it matter if it’s to the inside of the coil or the outside?

And despite a brief conversation with @TeCKis300 discussing the risks of adding a spacer on top of these, I still chose to do it, and 50mm too! I figured I could pull them off if needed. It surprised me that the OEM passenger side is about (edit: exactly 2”) 50mm taller anyways, so now I have two matched height, but more closely matched to the oem passenger coil.

First drive seemed barely even a noticeable difference

I did enjoy playing with the flex a bit w/o the shock or swaybar limiting droop. So many possibilities

Inside or outside. The formula want ms the mean diameter, so the wire diameter and coil diameter combine or subtract to the center of the wire.

This agrees favorably against known data and allows us to finally fill in the blank:

LX570 AHC - 105 lbs/in
King Springs AHC KTRS-79 - 130 lbs/in
LC80 - 150 lbs/in
LC100 - 170 lbs/in
LC200 - 170 lbs/in

The Eibach calculator has them as:
(Used Average wire diameter 13.5mm, between 12.6mm and 14.5mm)
6.9 in = 175.2mm - 2* 13.5= 148.26mm inner coil diameter
5 coil = 129 lb/in
6 coil = 100 lb/in

Very close observed (105 lb/in) vs theoretical 100 lb/in.

Also note never to play estimating games with @MTKID who called it with 200lb / 2” = 100lb/in

That’s quite a bit higher spring rate than I expected to see based on how it feels. Maybe that goes to show how much the AHC hydraulics are controlling things. And very well too.

I’m confused. Are you waiting on a mic measurement for the Terrain Tamer 2168’s, because I posted a photo of that up there
It’s 14.53. These are what I just put in and I’m just a little curious what their spring weight is compared to stock. I thought I had seen it posted somewhere here but now I don’t see it. All I see is the King in the chart.

I’d love a dual, triple or progressive rate spring in a 7” diameter with a relatively light spring rate. Nice and long like the slinky coils
