always looking for a good reason not to work... fishing is a real good reason. There are a few good artificial reefs offshore (Hilton Head area)

alright, there is one more. I've seen trollhole post pic of his boat before...so I'm sure he'd be interested. I've got a 22' center console also, pic in boat thread.
I don't know about off shore though I did go take it out through 6 ft breakers at 1 am on the weekend of my bachelor party. At cherry grove in sc. It was real interesting sitting on the sand with the motor out of the water waiting for the next 6 ft wave to crash through the boat before gunning it. Lost everything that wasn't tied down and the only thing that saved me was the fact it was self bailing. Wierd feeling only being able to see the motor the cosole and three drunks telling me to go go go. We found out the next day no one every goes out in the ocean that way. Because there is a sunken wreck in the channel with jagged metal sticking out. Hmmm during my buzz I didn't see that. WE had to ride a wave back in to get in. I cannot believe I survived that one. JUst goes to show that once you have salt water in you veins you never forget what to do.
I'll stick with back waters. How about doing a shriping expidetion in september. Thats 3 to a boat. One casting, one driving, and one shoveling the shrimp as they slid to the rear.
Then have a crab and shrimp boil at a house there. Captain could bring the big daddy up an go out and get us some makeral, dolphin, or blue fin.
I'm sticking with the inlands.
I'll be in Litchfield in 3 weeks flounder fishing in our 16 ft carolina skiff. Cannot wait.

We need to troll on Jocassee for trout while you have that thing up here. I'll show you. I have a goldmine of sutton spoons and apex spoons for that lake plus all the contours. And som scotty downriggers.

It's great to be a member! Looking forward to Barleys, not so much looking forward to dents and scratches. I have my eye on a FJ-60 that is just parked in my town without a plate . . . if I can get past the rotweiller, I may ask the guy about selling. Then I would have a trail pig . .uh. . trail rig.
