Lot's of good stuff on a Lexus LS400!

I was just looking for a steering wheel and I noticed a few things that were interchangeable. I believe the door handle system is the same, and the electric window controls too. Is there any compilation of interchangeable parts out there? I did not have an (LS?)300 to look at but it would be nice if it was the same steering wheel too. At least those were the nicer sewn leather wheels. But it would be nice to know if there were other manufacturers out there that might use the same wheel? Or more to the point, was the wheel made by a different manufacturer other than Toyota and sold to other companies?

The chrome door handle is interchangeable and late 90s LS steering wheel is interchangeable as well. Window switch seems to be one of it too.

which years are interchangeable exactly from the LS? 95-97 or 98-00?

The ones I found today were mid 90's Lexus. They looked compatible with my '95 F80

Not the most significant part, but the rubber brake bleeder caps on a LS are really nice.

Also the horns fit with just a tiny bit of massaging of the stock FJ horn mounting bracket. Electrical plugs are the same. Much better horn than stock.

Also, if you're an electric fan kinda guy, the pusher fans on them are nice, big.

That is great news. I have been really mentally slamming on Toyota for the cheap horns. I was thinking of getting some nice cones but I might try that out first.

Even it will directly bolt it that would be nice, wiring for those mirrors is usually only 2-4 wires.

Wiring for them is not that difficult. I have one out of a GM truck that dims, has a compass, and outside temp. Very easy install.

Ordered a window switch from EBay and it turned out to be from a Corolla.

Thought I had to send it back, but it plugged right in and works fine to this day

I know that the horn from the ls400 is interchangeable and allot louder than stock.

I've been meaning to do the LS400 horn swap - it's embarrassing when you need them.
Yeah, the LS chrome door handles are interchangeable, just require drilling a small hole for the bezel retaining screw.
The early 90s GS300 has a nice, large padded armrest, requires
