I am a 16 year old in Houston, Texas trying to get my hands on a FJ 60 series. Haven't had much luck in state, so I figured my best shot was going out. Open to advice on new places to look are things to look out for when buying/owning. Would prefer to buy relatively close to Texas but open to anywhere within states. My budget is around 15,000 - 20,000 but can stretch. Please let me know if you are interested at all. Happy to just converse or talk over. Thanks guys.

rust would be the biggest concern, either down low or in the gutters/roof

good running 3FE transmission was gone thru at 222,337 miles I won't say rust free but close, interior is good good tires a few paint blemishes and roof is faded all windows work seats are good I live on a dirt road $21,000 or offer

Texas has a Plethora of all series cruisers. You should have no problem finding a good one on your budget. Heck, I just bought one there and had it shipped to me.

I’m in San Angelo and will be listing my 1989 FJ62 soon. Looking to get about $22k for it but willing to talk. 245k miles and resealed the engine earlier this year as well as cleaned the head gasket real good and put new hoses, clamps, etc…
