Looking for brake repair info 64 FJ45

Well, looking to see what it might cost me to fix up the brakes on my recently acquired 64 FJ45. I've worked on drum brakes on older cruisers in the past and never enjoyed it very much. The brake pedal on the truck goes right to the floor, I don't see any leaks anywhere (of course the master was empty). If I keep drum brakes I'd like to replace all the wheel cylinders with new ones so I don't have to worry about trying to free up adjusters that are frozen. Can I still buy new or reman wheel cylinders anywhere? And is there an easy upgrade to replacing the master cylinder? Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Gary

You can get reman'd wheel cylinders from SOR for a reasonable price. Page 081 Land Cruiser Front & Rear Drum Brake Components

You can get a cheap master from Rockauto that bolts right in More Information for CENTRIC 13044730

Or you can get the correct master from Toyota still: 47200-35011

Gary,

I have serviced these without removing them from the truck. Simply disassemble, clean, hone with brake fluid, and source some new cups and boots. Its the easiest and cheapest way to get back on the road.
