Looking for a recommendation for a residential structural engineer that can analyze the flooring of a two story detached garage. I'm looking to turn it into a livable space and want to make sure that the floor can support the added weight.
Does anyone know a plumber with specialized leak detection equipment? I am thinking electronic or pressurized nitrogen sensing leak finder, etc.
We have a significant leak underground somewhere between the water meter and our house, I estimate the distance is easily 1600 feet.

Any suggestions on a place with a paint booth who can spray this fender Golden Pearl white? I asked the body shop at Toyota Greenville and they won’t do customer supplied parts.

Anyone in N Georgia / Upstate for basic maintenance on a 200? Looking for oil change, tire rotation/balance, alignment for the mom mobile. I’ve gone through a couple dealers and have been left with a long list of disappointment from non-torqued lug nuts to broken interior plastic and whatever in between.
Also time for brake overhaul on the 80.
Since we’ve moved back home from Florida, I don’t have the garage we once did. One day, but all tools in storage and no space for now.
