I don't know how things went from Georg's side, but from my side, even after personally donating hundreds of dollars of parts and supplies to the project, and supplying many hundreds more at cost, my direct costs were $255 more than what I had.
Gene and I discussed this Monday afternoon and I prepared an itemized list for him that night. He knows how tight finances have been for me lately and said he had enough to take care of me. I didn't have the heart to ask him where he planned to get the $$ from.
That is what I can tell you.
That and that this project still has a ways to go. I made 4 more phone calls today trying to keep the ball rolling.
