Dual cases and a 5 speed? That will make for a short rear driveshaft.
I'm extending the wheelbase slightly. Moving rear axle back and front axle forwards. On 4 link rear and 3 link front. Most likely coilovers in the front and coils in the rear.

i am looking at this and wondering why a new rad for the HJ45 would not work in your application. it was designed for the H series and the 12HT is a 2H with a turbo. or did i miss something here?
I must steal that trans hump idea for future use. It really, really looks good.

I like how everything is coming together and where all the ****ers are coming through. But then again the 12H-T must be fairly close to the same dimensions as a 2F.
I have a stock core FJ40 radiator with a modified outlet on my 12ht coversion and it doesn't overheat at all. I've been running like this for the last 5 years. 2 years ago i also put an intercooler in front of it with no ill effects on cooling.
The swap looks good so far!
HTH,

Thanks a lot for the info. Can you post a pic of the outlet as you have it set up?
I just took some pictures. It's really hard to see since there is not much clearance around. If i would resize the pictures to fit the board there is no way you would know what you're looking at. I think it's best if i e-mail you the pictures full size.
PM me your e-mail adress and i'll get them to you asap.
