Glad you got it running. Did you install a regulator? The Weber won't like the extra fuel pressure for long if not. I just have a cheap dial type on mine and it's worked fine for years.

I think mine is set on 2 and I haven't messed with it in years. The set up I run is cheap non see thru before pump and see thru before carb after regulator.
I just looked and mine was set on 0.5 by the PO, not sure why. It has been sputtering a bit at low rpms and stalls easily starting in first (John you remember killing it on the way home), so I just turned it to 2.
I just took my lowes gifts cards and got a dremel and some blades for my angle grinder and some stuff for my wife.....$137 worth....but with the military discount and gift cards I didn't pay 1 red cent!!! so now I can make some headway on the tub project.
then got home and realized I can't remove the last stripped bolt from my roll cage bc the angle grinder has a different shield for it than for a wire brush.......honestly I can't win
Funny, that's the way they all look once you start wire wheeling them. You won't even see the pits once you bed line it. Keep at it. Got it lookin' good. Oh, have you pulled your flares off and trimmed the rear fenders? I think you might want to do that before you put the 35's on it.
ill add it to the to do list
Do a search on installing/trimming for flares. I remember reading some good tips. Remember your tires will move toward the rear when they move up toward the body, so you will need a little more gap behind the tire.
You're making great progress. Wish I had a decent replacement for under the gas tank in one of the parts trucks, but they're worse than yours. Keep it up!
thanks Lash and ill look for those threads on trimming.
you have a drivers floor pan or rear seal you want to give up? I think Rob (offroadlimo) has a drivers side I can buy off him, but I am definitely going to have to do that.
I think im going to continue angle grinding...do the rust bullet and then cut out what I need to
Lash, the flares are already on the truck. The PO didn't cut the fenders when they installed the flares. He'll have to put them back where they are I guess.
Think that's my $1.74, fell out of my pockets. Keep the watch!! Kim should be sending the cd face tomorrow. Take a pic from a distance, i wanna see her stripped! No pun intended! Curious if you took off worlds heaviest brush guard

Oh OK. I guess he would have to fill the old holes and redrill if he wanted to move 'em.
I still have not seen that truck other than pics.
