Love your photos Jack. The desert is so beautiful after a bit of rain, not that it's not beautiful when dry as a bone, but something about the ruggedness with the greenery hits the soul different. Thanks for sharing.
 
Since there's a heat wave hitting the valley, I headed north to the Bradshaw Mountains. Cruised up the easy way then took Senator Highway, bump dirt road, to check out the site where Bradshaw City used to be. Then out to an old abandoned mine.

My phone camera. It was also about 100 degrees in the truck and the phone sitting on a black vinyl seat wasn't helping....lol
Ah yes, the old solar oven phone holder...

I've had to keep cameras in dc powered coolers before to keep them operational in the summer.
